Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including complementary items on purchase. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or merchandise credits.
RETURNS PROCESS
All returns must be requested through our returns portal before shipping items back to us. Items sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
RETURNS FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Please lodge a request via our returns portal. We may contact you for additional information, such as photo or video evidence. Be sure to check your mailbox, junk, or spam folder for our response.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international returns, please email us at support@personaeyewear.com.au with your full name, order number, and reason for the return. If the item is faulty or damaged, please include photo or video evidence.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
Allow 2-4 weeks to receive and process your return. You can initiate your return through our portal.
Note:
- Shipping and other charges are non-refundable. We will issue a full refund if the product(s) received were damaged or faulty.
- Packaging boxes and sunglasses cases provided with your purchase are complimentary and also not eligible for refunds or credits.
