Shipping Information

GENERAL INFORMATION 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During sale periods, processing may take an additional 2 days. Note that shipping times do not include public holidays. 

Our domestic delivery partner is Australia Post. Shipping times may vary based on their schedule and do not include order processing times. 

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To avoid delays, please respond promptly to any emails from the Persona Eyewear Support Team. 

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

A signature is required upon delivery. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. This option uses regular post with an expected delivery time of 2 to 8 business days after dispatch. 

Express Shipping

We charge a flat rate of AUD $18 for Express Shipping. This is our fastest delivery service, with an expected delivery time of 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Next business day delivery is available only within the Express Post network (operating between capital cities, excluding Darwin; and for Perth, only to the CBD). Areas outside this network will be delivered as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We charge a flat rate of AUD $28 for standard international shipping. Please provide a street address, as shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers may not be available through local couriers. 

Delivery times from dispatch vary depending on the shipping zone of the destination country. Please visit Australia Post for estimated delivery times. 

All orders are shipped from our dispatch center via Australia Post. Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your countries courier website directly. If your country is not listed on Australia Post, we regret that we are unable to ship to your location. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES 

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes specific to your country. Unfortunately, we cannot control or cover these charges, so you are responsible for any fees incurred. 

We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out if there are any applicable taxes and their amounts.
